Why tithe
Tithing is a Biblical principle. (The Hebrew word for tithe literally means 10%) God’s Word also uses “first fruits” as a description for giving and giving the first 10% of our income back to Him is certainly suggested. We’ve seen God provide abundantly at HFCN, and we know He will provide abundantly for you and your family when you put Him first in your finances. But, we don’t give for the purpose of receiving. That is a byproduct of faithfulness.
